National Museum Of Natural History



The Nationwide Art gallery of Organic Record at New Delhi is 2 museums concentrating on characteristics in Indian. Established in year 1972, this museum features under the Secretary of state for Atmosphere and Jungles, Govt of Indian and is located at Barakhamba Street that is Main New Delhi.
The NMNH owe genesis to Smt. From the single Art gallery located at New Delhi,NMNH has extended its regional range by developing Local Museums of the Natural History (RMNH) at many parts of Country like Southeast Area (Mysore), Central Area (Bhopal) and Southeast Area (Bhubaneswar).2 more Museums have been established at Western Area (Sawai Madhopur) along with North-Eastern Area (Gangtok).
Mission
The objectives of the National Museum of Natural History are:
  • To create the NMNH in nation's Capital for achieving finest quality to market ecological knowledge on nationwide stage.
  • To create Local offices (regional art gallery of organic history) at various areas of country and order to boost its activities at regional or local levels.

Gallery 1
