By Rail

35 Kms far from the city is located “Konkan Railway Bhoke”. On the other hand, Ratnagiri is a convenient railhead at a distance of 45 Kms. 

By Road

Mumbai-Ganapatipule route is 375 Kms, Belgaum-Ganapatipule road is 299 Kms and Pune-Ganapatipule is approx. 331 Kms.  Moreover, buses depart from Ratnagiri, Belgaum and Mumbai to Ganapatipule.

Climate of Ganapatipule beach village is typical coastal with humid, temperate and warm temperature. Summers are usually hot and sizzling with a maximum temperature of more than 38 degree.  Regular rainfall is very common in Konkan region especially during monsoon season. Velneshwar is a beautiful villages situated to the north of Shastri River in the state of Maharashtra.
