Location

Rushikonda beach is around 12 kilo meters from the city of Vishakhapatnam and is located near Rushikonda hill, also known as “Hill of Sages”. The beach is enclosed by the hill on one side with thick green cover and by the tidal waves and sand on the other side. The tourists can avail the facilities that are available for the water sports. Dolphin’s Nose

A natural rock bed at a height of around 350 meters above sea level with curvature bend into the sea is found at this beach. This structure resembles the nose of a dolphin and is popularly known as Dolphin’s nose. The attractive landmark also has a light house that guides the ships in sea far away.

Swimming, Water Skiing, Wind Surfing

The sea shore is devoid of any major rock beds and is an ideal place for water skiing, swimming and wind surfing.
